On June 26, 2019, "Ningyang * * Sewage Treatment Plant", a self-monitoring platform of enterprises in Shandong Province, continuously discharged total nitrogen pollutants exceeding the standard. Lvse Jiangnan reminded the local environmental protection bureau of the situation through 12369 and microblog. See the picture below for details:

The reply of 12369 was received on August 29, 2019: After verification, first, the reasons for the continuous exceeding of the standard are: first, the total nitrogen pretreatment facilities of enterprises in the chemical park are imperfect, and the total nitrogen in the sewage treatment plant is too high; Second, high concentration wastewater is secretly discharged into the pipe network, which has an impact on the biochemical system of the sewage treatment plant, and the system recovery time is long. 2 The first is to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the enterprises along the line and around the sewage pipe network, investigate the enterprises that secretly discharge high concentration wastewater, and look for clues of illegal discharge and dumping. The patrol found one illegal act involving water environment, and the enterprise involved was fined 600,000 yuan. Second, while requiring the sewage treatment plant to take emergency measures, speed up the rectification progress. At present, the two oxidation ditches of the sewage treatment plant operate alternately to prolong the sewage treatment time and increase the amount of sludge to ensure the treatment efficiency. Third, require the acceptance and management enterprises to conduct self inspection and rectification. If the total nitrogen cannot meet the requirements of the influent water quality of the sewage treatment plant, it must be rectified by adjusting the process and building new pretreatment facilities. 3、 The next rectification plan is to solve and fundamentally control the problem of excessive total nitrogen in the sewage treatment plant as soon as possible. Our bureau issued the notice of ordering rectification within a time limit to the sewage treatment plant, requiring the sewage treatment plant to take effective measures to ensure that the total nitrogen in the effluent returns to a stable standard before August 31. At the same time, the enterprise is required to accelerate the construction of upgrading and transformation projects and fundamentally solve the problem of excessive total nitrogen.
